It has started to snow in the mountains so we should be going out in the field soon. Last week I reviewed the two drafts written about projects on the elwha river, they both seemed pretty good. Hopefully it will continue to snow in the mountains to give us something to measure, and also a nice base for snow sports all winter long.

october 22 - november 5
Still not much has happened yet. Last monday we watched a lab safety video that hopefully explained to us how to use caution and proper safety practices to stay safe in the lab. I continued to work on my research paper. Jumped off the 101 bridge into the elwha river last weekend, so i can firmly report that the river temperature is quite cold. Hope it snows a lot soon so we can start doing field work. Also i hope that my laptop starts connecting to the internet better in the PUB, the connection is usually shakey and dissconnects alot, making it hard for me to submit a blog in the first place! thats all for now
